On July 30, 2025, Moran posted about his engagement with local leaders, stating: “Appreciated the chance to connect with the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce Military & Community Affairs Committee. The meeting reinforced the vital role our communities play in supporting RRAD. Proud to work alongside local leaders to support our military.”

On July 31, 2025, Moran acknowledged first responders in East Texas for their efforts during recent natural disasters: “Honored to deliver flags and challenge coins to the Longview Fire Department Water Rescue Team. Nathaniel Moran has served as U.S. Representative for Texas’s 1st District since replacing Louie Gohmert in 2023. He won his seat after defeating Jrmar Jefferson in the general election held in 2022 by a significant margin—securing over three-quarters of the vote.
