Congressman Nathaniel Moran, who represents Texas’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, has recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing legislative achievements and policy positions.

On September 15, 2025, Moran highlighted a major investment for rural America: “.@HouseGOP delivered a $50 Billion investment to rural America thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts. Later that same day, Moran addressed international economic policy by criticizing the United Kingdom’s Digital Services Tax: “Proud to join my colleagues in urging the @WhiteHouse to push back against the UK’s Digital Services Tax. Nathaniel Moran began serving as U.S. Representative for Texas’s 1st District in 2023 after replacing Louie Gohmert. He won his seat in the 2022 general election with over three-quarters of the vote against Jrmar Jefferson.
