Congressman Nathaniel Moran, who represents Texas’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, posted on social media about Constitution Day and recent legislative efforts.

On September 17, 2025, Moran wrote, “On Constitution Day, we celebrate the founding document of our great republic. Also on September 17, Moran highlighted legislation related to tax policy: “The Tax Court Improvement Act will ensure taxpayers are not denied their day in court. Nathaniel Moran began serving as a member of Congress in 2023 after replacing Louie Gohmert as representative for Texas’s 1st district. He secured his seat by defeating Jrmar Jefferson in the 2022 general election with over 78% of the vote.
