City of Mt. Pleasant issued the following announcement on July 7
Union Pacific Railroad will close Business 271 in Mount Pleasant at the railroad bridge between Arizona Street and Highway 49 for bridge repairs beginning Monday, July 13 through Friday, July 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Detour routes will be marked. Please plan ahead for possible delays or to avoid the area. Here is the location of the closure:
