Census Bureau: More women than men in Winfield in 2019

Of the 520 people living in Winfield in 2019, 51.7 percent (269) were women and 48.3 percent (251) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Upper East Texas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 159-to-125. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and 35 males.
