A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Douglass pursued a path of excellence, graduating from Muhlenberg College as a Dean’s List Scholar and later serving in the United States Marine Corps and Army as a First Lieutenant specializing in Combat Intelligence. His journey continued into the oil industry, where he excelled and eventually established his own successful business, Douglass Distributing, which has positively impacted North Texas.
Congressman Pat Fallon highlighted Mr. Douglass's outstanding contributions, stating, "After his service to our country, Bill began his career in the oil industry as part of ExxonMobil’s Sales team and quickly worked his way up to become one of their Senior Advisors."
