In response to the news that the Manhattan Supreme Court has found President Trump guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records in New York, Congressman Pat Fallon commented:
"We’ve just witnessed the pure weaponization of the judicial system by Democrats. It’s clear now that if you are a political opponent of Joe Biden, you will be singled out and persecuted."
"What’s appalling is that as New York City contends with a surge in criminal activity that goes unpunished, this same district attorney has worked to manipulate the legal process and ensure an unfair trial for President Trump."
